Our preferred vendors know the ARRAS space intimately—how light moves through the Ballroom, how the Rooftop Terrace transforms at golden hour, how to style the Piano Café for photography or pre-ceremony gatherings, and how to design layouts that enhance flow, comfort and guest experience.

Venue coordination

Our Venue Coordinator is here to support all details related to the venue and our in-house services. This includes floor plans, venue inventory selections, food and beverage planning, service flow, and on-site execution of all venue-provided elements. You’ll have guidance throughout the planning process to ensure everything within our scope is thoughtfully handled.

About one month prior to your event, our coordinator steps in more actively to finalize guest counts, timelines, inventory needs, and all food and beverage details. While we focus on the seamless delivery of venue services, we love working alongside wedding planners and trusted vendors who manage the setup, coordination, and teardown of outside elements and personal décor.

Staff & Service

Our experienced team provides all food and beverage service, sets up venue-owned inventory and rental items, and delivers the warm, attentive hospitality that brings your celebration to life.
