Event & Wedding Planners
We strongly recommend working with a professional event or wedding planner to ensure a seamless experience. On the day of your event, you will be supported by an ARRAS Event Captain, who will collaborate directly with your planner to ensure everything runs flawlessly.
Our Role on Event Day
Our Sales Manager works closely with you and your planner in advance to ensure every detail is thoughtfully executed. On the day of your event, the ARRAS team manages all venue-related operations, including setup, staffing, menus, and bar service—so you can fully enjoy your celebration.
Preferred Vendors
At ARRAS, we believe extraordinary events are the result of thoughtful collaboration. We work with a curated community of planners, florists, décor artists, audiovisual specialists, cultural leaders and creative professionals who share our commitment to excellence, hospitality and imaginative storytelling.
Our preferred vendors know the ARRAS space intimately—how light moves through the Ballroom, how the Rooftop Terrace transforms at golden hour, how to style the Piano Café for photography or pre-ceremony gatherings, and how to design layouts that enhance flow, comfort and guest experience.

Event Setup & Logistics
Linens, Glassware & Tableware
We have black floor-length linens available for rental. Additional linen colours and specialty rentals should be arranged through your decor team. As an on-site catering venue, ARRAS supplies all glassware, flatware, and china.
Setup & Breakdown
Our team handles all setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and in house linens. If external vendors bring décor or specialty items, they are responsible for setup and removal within the contracted rental period and for their own materials.
Event Setup Timing
Your setup time begins at the start of your contracted rental period. When possible, our team completes our portion of setup one day prior, allowing early access. Please note that early access is not guaranteed, as the space may be booked close to your event date.
Post-Event Removal
All personal items and décor must be removed within one business day following your event (Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM) if cleanup cannot be completed immediately after the event.
Venue Tours
We would be delighted to host you for a private, scheduled venue tour. During your visit, our team will walk you through the space, discuss possibilities, and answer any questions to help you envision your event.
Once your date is reserved, our Sales Manager will remain available for additional walk-throughs as needed.
Reserving Your Date
To request a date, please contact our Sales Manager. If your preferred date is available, we will place a 7-day courtesy hold while details are discussed and a contract is prepared.
Please note: a date is only confirmed once a signed contract and the required deposit are received.
Wedding Suite
If you are looking for a space you can settle into we have a two-bedroom suite in the W8 building next door available for short-term rental. For more information, please contact our Sales Manager.
