AWARDS CEREMONY
Awards ceremonies are recognition events that celebrate individual and team wins, this can be among staff or family and friends. Depending on the group’s energy and overall vibe, the ceremony can be more or less formal and fancy.
The first step to hosting any award ceremony is creating categories and criteria.
Next, choose nominees by asking peers or your workforce to make suggestions.
During the event, guests can vote for their winner.
Tally up votes, then announce winners one by one and bestow their prizes.
Be sure to explain the reasoning behind the choice and give some acknowledgment to other nominees so that everyone feels valued!
GROUP KARAOKE BATTLE
Karaoke is one of those fun activities that everyone can participate in whether they can sing or not…Most of the fun is being bold enough to get up and try! Guests can compete for bragging rights, or you can provide prizes. For work events, form teams by department or position, making everyone participate by default, but will also feel more comfortable!
